Architecture Design Decisions

These decisions were intentional to ensure the site feels professional, calm, and easy to navigate:

  • Modular platform design to support multiple user roles and workflows
  • Profile-driven expertise representation to enable meaningful matching
  • Project-centric collaboration model to track real development work
  • Cloud-native deployment on AWS to support scalability and reliability
  • Separation of application logic and infrastructure for future growth

Results & Learnings

The project was presented to multiple investment funds in Mexico and the United States, generating investor interest and leaving open the possibility of future funding upon delivery of a functional prototype. Additionally, at least five major universities in Mexico explicitly expressed interest in adopting the platform for their research communities, validating the concept at an institutional level.
